* keep adding reps until time runs out
Strongman Wod:
3 rounds each for time
Sled push 25 meters ( one length of turf)
Sandbag/heavy object carry 50 meters
Sled push 25 meters
* partner up and one work, one rest
** start with sled at one end and sandbag at other end. Push sled one length, pick up sandbag - carry down and back. Push sled back to start. Rest.
