#1. Strength: shoulder press. 4 rounds

     3 strict press then AMRAP push press


#2. Conditioning: one time through

     1000 meter row

     100 dubs

     30 ground to overhead w/ plate

     750 meter row

     75 Dubs

     20 ground to overhead

     500 meter row

     50 Dubs

     10 ground to overhead
