      100 Dubs
      50 push ups
      50 abmat sit ups
   Rest 1 minute

      75 Dubs
      50 walking lunges
      50 sumo deadlift high pulls
   Rest 1 minute

      50 dubs
      50 pull ups
      50 hollow rocks
