#1. Strength- box squat..... 5x2


#2. Conditioning: AMRAP-10 ... ladder

     1 front squat
     5 slamballs
     2 front squats
     5 slamballs
     3 front squats
     5 slamballs

* keep increasing front squats by 1 until time runs out
