#2. Conditioning: AMRAP-15 ..... Ladder

     2 HPC
     2 push ups
     10 Dubs

     4 HPC
     4 push ups
     20 Dubs

     6 HPC
     6 push ups
     30 Dubs

* keep climbing the ladder by 2 reps and increasing Dubs by 10
