Friday 12/22/17.... Twelve Days of Crossfit



“12 Days of CrossFit”
TWELVE DAYS OF CROSSFIT

12 Rounds for time of:
1 Farmers Carry (length of turf and back)
2 Thrusters
3 Power cleans
4 TTB
5 Stone to shoulder
6 Back squats
7 Push ups
8 Pull ups
9 Slam balls
10 calorie row
11 KB swings
12 oz. Beer
Start with just the 1 farmer carry, Round two starts with the 2 Thrusters and then 1 farmer carry, Round three is the 3 power cleans,2 thrusters,1 farmer carry.  So the final round starts with finishing a 12oz. beer, then goes through the 11, 10, 9, 8…and finishes with the 1 farmer carry.  If you don’t drink – do 12 burpees.
