Got this Chipper from the WOD shop:

100 meter farmers walk 35/45/55
90 sit ups
80 squats
70 ring dips (or bench dip)
60 DUBS or 240 single jumps
50 pull ups
40 lunges
30 push press (heavy)
20 box jumps
10 overhead squats
