Shoulder press (max reps)
Push press (max reps)
Push jerk (max reps)
Note….. This is a shoulder progression wod. Do not
put the bar down until you have completed max reps
for the 3 exercises.
rest 5 minutes then.....
4 Rounds for time:
400 meter run
40 lunges
30 v-sit ups
20 push ups
15-18-20 w/45#
