Strength: Bench press.... 1-10-1-20-1-30

* 1 heavy-10 lighter, 1 heavy-20 lighter, 1 heavy- 30 lighter
* the light reps are all unbroken

Conditioning: 3 rounds

     50 Dubs
     30 medball cleans
     15 push ups
