10 min EMOM
2  shoulder press
2  push press
2  jerks

(5 min rest)

Conditioning WOD

10 min E2MOM (every 2 minutes for 10 minutes)
7 push ups
7 Pull ups
100M row

(5 min rest)

Core WOD
50-40-30-20 of:
 sit ups w/plate
 Russian twists w/plate
