#1. Warm up: Tabata slam ball (25/20)

#2. Strength: Strict pull ups
       4 rounds - amrap strict pull ups

#3. 5 Rounds for time:
       7 sumo deadlift high pull
       7 shoulder press
       7 pull ups
       farmers walk - 100 meters
