saturday 5/14/16... #1. farmers walk + DUBS, #2. AMRAP-10: snatch, TTb, KB swings


#1. 4 Rounds:
     100 meter farmers walk
     25 DUBS


#2. AMRAP-10 
     6 DB snatch (each arm)
     9 TTB
     12 KB swings
