INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons melted ghee
2/3 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together melted ghee and hot sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together coconut flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Pour melted coconut oil into another bowl. Dip cauliflower florets into oil, then toss to coat in flour mixture and place on baking sheet. Roast in oven 20 minutes, turning over after 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush hot sauce mixture over each piece. Return to oven and roast 25 minutes more.
