     Minute 1: 5 Pull ups


     Minute 2: 10 Kettlebell swings


     Minute 3: 20 Double Unders



WOD #2.

Core: 4 rounds

     25 GHD sit ups or decline sit ups

     1 minute keg hold (bear hug style)
