then..........

15 dubs/ 75 singles

Run 400 meters no ball
then.........
do 5 Rounds:
5 back squats
15 dubs/ 75 singles

Run 400 meters w/ med ball or plate
then.............
do 5 Rounds
5 OHS (Overhead squats)
15 dubs/ 75 singles
