#1. strength: 4 attempts -strict pulls (max effort)

#2. Conditioning: for time

     1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10  Handstand push ups

     10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Front squat

* do 5 pull ups btw rounds

#3. Cash out: 1 minute plank, 30 sit ups, 1 minute plank
