As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

2 rounds:
50" weighted walking lunge
16 toes to bar
8 DB power cleans
Then
2 rounds:
50" weighted walking lunges
16 bar muscle ups
8 DB power cleans

Men- 50#
Women-35#
Scaled - chin over bar pull ups for MU. Men- 35#, Women- 20#
