Strength: Bench press.    1-10-1-20-1-30
                Do one heavy rep then 10 lighter reps -1 heavy rep then 20 lighter reps (all reps unbroken)

Conditioning: 4 rounds for time
     Row 200
     15 wall balls
     10 bench press (135/85)
