Friday 10/6/17..... Power cleans, front squats, push press


Warm up: EMOM-6
                 10 ball slams

Ball slams develop power, strength and speed. It works the triceps, abs, shoulders, calves, back glutes
Quads, etc. They increase heart rate and burns lots of calories.

WOD: 10 rounds for time
            2 power cleans 185/135
            2 front squats 185/135
            2 jerk/push press 185/135
