Conditioning: for time

Row 2,000 meters

With a running clock start rowing. At the 1 minute mark get off the rower and do 1 thruster - resume rowing until 2 minutes - do 2 thrusters. Row until 3 minute and do 3 thrusters. Continue until 2 K is complete
