#1. EMOM - 16 minutes (alternating exercises)

5 back squats (75%)
12 DB snatch ( 6 each arm)

* first minute you do 5 back squats, 2nd minute do 12 snatches....keep alternating exercises

 REST 2 MINUTES

#2. AMRAP-6

30 DUBS
9 HSPU ( sub strict press)
