C.  3×20 Close Grip Bench, across
D.  4×8-10 Bent Over Row, across

3.  TEAM WOD

Teams of 3 (one works, two rest)

3 Rounds for time of:

50 Power Cleans, 135/95
1500m row (must switch every 250m)

    Barbell: HPC - 65#; BP - 85#, close grip bench 20 rep - 45#, bent over row - 65#
    Metcon: Teams of 3 (me myself + I):
    3 rounds: 15 power cleans (47#) + 500 meter row.... 13:46
