  2. 25+/- min. Subbed five 400m Runs for the 20 Push-Jerks after doing 84 Thrusters yesterday. Good metcon w/o, getting ready for Ruckus!

  3. For Saturday: 200 meter run + 20 wallballs + 40 lunges + 50 dubs + 10 KTE. Great Metcon! 30 minutes.
