Hey Jim, since CFSS/Dave has been gone the crew has been tossing around WOD ideas, posting them here and w/o @ 10x. Not a CF gym, no cost/no $$. Just w/o at a Globo Gym. We're doing DB Bear tomorrow @ 10x @ 9 am if you want to join us.
The Stop N' Shop 'loop' from the back door of 10x is 1.18 miles.
