Today's workout with my guys:AMRAP in 30 mins-20 push press w/ 45lb bar15 2-count lunges10 burpees5 pull ups400m run with 20lb medicine ball (the wall ball type)Average 4 +/- rounds
Not sure what my exact time was on this but I did it RX'd in about 50 minutes. I was kicking Maureen's butt until I hit the SDHP's, those killed me!Brian who?
