  2. Today's workout with my guys:

    AMRAP in 30 mins-

    20 push press w/ 45lb bar
    15 2-count lunges
    10 burpees
    5 pull ups
    400m run with 20lb medicine ball (the wall ball type)

    Average 4 +/- rounds

  3. Not sure what my exact time was on this but I did it RX'd in about 50 minutes. I was kicking Maureen's butt until I hit the SDHP's, those killed me!
