  1. 45:00 did 6 rounds and skipped the last run.........no treadmills raining outside. Tough one.

  2. That was brutal even after we scaled the cleans back to 10 reps. Took in the 45 min. range with 95 lbs. on Cleans and PP. I took just over a week off and now I feel like I'm starting over, it's not fair!!
