Friday 2/6/15... Running Dumbell Bear




Conditioning WOD
"Running Dumbell Bear"

3 or 4 Rounds for Time:

10 Dumbell deadlift
10 Dumbell walking lunges
10 Dumbell squat clean
10 Dumbell walking lunges
10 Dumbell thrusters
10 Dumbell walking lunges
400 meter run

*last time:
WOD: Su- 29:00 w/20#, Brit- 18:54 w/15#(3 rounds), Kirstie- 25:15 w/15#, Amy 24:24 w/15#, Mo- 27:45 w/10#. everyone did 4 rounds except Brit who had to work
