#1. EMOM- 15
     1st minute = 10 shoulder press
     2nd minute = 20 KB swings
     3rd minute = :40 second plank hold (elbows)


#2. Conditioning

     21-18-15-12-9-6-3

Ground to Overhead w/plate (45/25)

5 burpees (or WTF) + 25 DUBS/100 singles - on the dashes
