Saturday 5/6/17... DB snatch, slam balls, wall balls, run


Conditioning: 5 Rounds for time

     20 wall balls
     10 DB snatch (alternating)
     200 meter run
     10 stone to shoulders



*Another option:

     21-18-15-12-9-6

Plate (ground to overhead)

*Do 5 burpees + 25 DUBS after each round
