10 Deadlifts (225/155#)
20 Wall Balls
30 Walking Lunges
400 meter run

    Run 800m (as a team), then:

    Complete as many rounds as possible of:

    5 overhead walking lunges

    10 wall ball

    5 overhead walking lunges

    24 people there today...great work out!
