Sunday 9/13/15... Farmer Carry then conditioning wod


#1. Warm up: EMOM-10
     even = 10 pvc pass throughs
     odd = 10 ground to overhead w/plate

#2. Strength - Trap bar Farmers Walk
     5 Rounds
     20 meters
     * put the bar down after 10 meters - turn around pick bar up and 10 meters back

#3, Conditioning WOD: for time
    run/row 400 meters
- 2 rounds:
25 shoulder taps (25 each side)
25 weighted situps
    run/row 400 meters
- 2 rounds:
25 squats
25 lunges
    run/row 400 meters
- 2 rounds:
25 push ups
25 hollow rocks
