  2. 19:50 w/9 penalties. That wod would be great to do outside w/ pushups or burpees as penalties.

  3. 17:40 with 11 penalties. My legs pretty much locked up on my way out of the gym. Yesterday's hike and today's WOD definitely means sore legs tomorrow.
