50 Dubs (or Sit Ups)

  1. 42:30 Did sit ups instead of dubs. Shoulder press was the toughest part of this wod

  4. I did it outside, that helped save some time... almost got hit by a few cars going to Head Over Heels though! Matt, when are you bringing your new GF in? We'll kick her butt into shape ;)
