Sunday 7/20/14......power cleans - 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1



Warm up: 4 rounds
10 lunges + 10 squats

Conditioning:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 and then back up

Power cleans
*10 wall balls after each round


cash out: 2 rounds
50 sit ups + 50 russian twists
