250m row
25 air squats
1 minute rest

3 rounds of:
200m run
20 hand-release push-ups
1 minute rest

3 rounds of:
20 burpees
20 AbMat sit-ups
1 minute rest

3 rounds of:
20 box jumps/step-ups
20 plate ground to overhead
