1. Front Squats 
4×4


2. Close Grip Bench 
4×8

3. Cleans

EMOMx7:
  2 Hang Squat Cleans, drop after each rep so each rep can be done as single

4. Sprints 200 meters x8 
* rest 30 seconds btw sprints
