     even - 50 single jumps
     odd - 10 PVC pass throughs

Conditioning: 10 ROUNDS for TIME
     10 deadlifts
     10 push ups
     10 KB swings


AB Challenge Day 23 =  100 sit ups, 150 crunches, 58 leg raises, 90 second plank
