Tuesday 10/6/15.... #1. 1000 meter row for time, #2. EMOM- bench + bent over row, EMOM- Front squat + sit ups



#1. Warm up: ROW 1,000 meters for time

#2. Conditioning:

     EMOM - 4 bench press. Spend the remainder of the minute doing bent over rows. Continue until you have done a total of 100 bent over rows

     EMOM - 4 Front squats. Spend the remainder of the minute doing sit ups. Continue until you have done a total of 100 sit ups

AB Challenge - Day 6: 35 sit ups, 15 crunches, 15 leg raises, 25 second plank
