Friday 1/29/16...SWOD - Bench press - 2RM; WOD - 4 rounds: 10 dead lift, 20 ball slams, 10 KB swings, 200 meter run/row


Warm up: EMOM - 10 alternating
     :25 second hang from bar
     10 PVC pass throughs

SWOD: Bench press - 2RM

WOD: 5 Rounds for time
     10 Deadlift
     20 Ball slams
     10 KB swings
     200 meter run/row
