10 close grip bench press

10 strict/weighted pull ups

15 tricep pressdowns w/ band

15 bent over DB rows


Conditioning - 2 rounds

20 slam balls
30 DB snatch
400 meter run 
50 weighted situps (25/35/45)
400 meter run
30 DB snatch
20 slam balls
