friday 1/8/16...SWOD= deadlift, Metcon= Wall balls + pull ups


#1. SWOD = Deadlift 10x5


#2. Conditioning:
 
     2 rounds - 30 wallballs + 15 pull ups
     2 rounds - 24 wallballs + 12 pull ups
     2 rounds - 18 wallballs + 9 pull ups
