 7 Deadlifts (light)
 7 Push Ups

 Rest 2 minutes

EMOM for 5 minutes:


 5 Deadlifts (medium)
 5 Push ups

 Rest 2 minutes

EMOM for 4 minutes :


 3 Deadlifts (heavy)
 3 Push ups
