    Pull ups
    Box Jump
    Burpees
    Dips
    Push ups
    Lunges (2x)
    Double Unders
    Wall Ball (20/14)

    Fastest was 36:48, I came in second at 38:41, and we stopped everyone at 42:00 because I was running out of time.

  3. Well we got through Cindy and didn't have time for the other stuff before our appt. at the potential new box space, thank god, Cindy was tough enough! 18 Rounds within 20 min., but completed 20 anyways.

    Crazy 8's is a great WOD Dan, sounds easy but it's not. Three chest exercises back to back to back will beat you down!
