*note: recall the curtis p - perform a clean from the floor, then racked lunge each side, finish w/a push press. That is one rep.

  2. Good seeing y'all again today! Pirates is always a good w/o. 75 lbs, power cleans, lunge x2 and shoulder to overhead. 45 min (+/-). Last time we did squat cleans... it was devastating, glad we did it this way, it was tough enough!!!

  3. Today's Okinawa workout (stole it from WOD shop):

    3 Rounds: 20x pull ups, 20x push ups, 20x burpees, 20x squats, 20x lunges each leg

    Three of my Marines beat me at my own workout. Not acceptable! Everyone finished 20:47-27:40.
