ReplyDeleteGood seeing y'all again today! Pirates is always a good w/o. 75 lbs, power cleans, lunge x2 and shoulder to overhead. 45 min (+/-). Last time we did squat cleans... it was devastating, glad we did it this way, it was tough enough!!!

Three of my Marines beat me at my own workout. Not acceptable! Everyone finished 20:47-27:40.
Ooops... add 400m run to the beginning of each round. Forgot that.
