15 overhead squats (pvc or light body bar)
15 KB swings (light)

Conditioning:

21-18-15-12-9-6

wallballs

slamballs

jumping pull ups

*run 200 or row 250 after each round

Day 5 sit up challenge - do 40 sit ups
