Monday 11/4/13.... "McGhee": 5 deadlift, 13 push ups, 9 box jumps


Warm up: 2 rounds:
50 jump rope singles
10 bench press (empty bar)
10 good mornings (empty bar)

                      "McGhee": AMRAP-30 minutes

5 Deadlift (275/185)
13 Push ups
9 Box jumps
** last time - Jon got 17 rounds w/225#, Matt got 10 rounds w/185#....don't know where everyone else was that day

10 Rounds w/ run after even rounds - 
5 Deadlift (heavy)
10 Push ups
15 Box jumps
