Monday 11/18/13.... Run 800 then 4RFT 10 deadlifts,15 HPC,20 wallballs,25 lunges


Conditioning WOD:

Run 800 meters

    then....

4Rounds for time
10 deadlifts
15 Hang power cleans
20 wall balls
30 lunges

   then.....

Run 800 meters

**Day 8 sit up challenge - do 55 situps
One of Chris' kegs being used over the weekend......looks like she took the big one!
