Warm up: 2 rounds
20 squats + 20 lunges (in place)

WOD:  "LUCKY 7'S"

7 rounds for time:
7 clusters
7 burpees
7 toes to bar
*cluster= a squat clean with a thruster

** Day 24 sit up challenge - do 145 sit ups
