Conditioning: Three AMRAPS - 5 minutes each

#1. AMRAP - 5
10 front squats
10 hollow rocks
rest 1 minute

#2. AMRAP - 5
10 deadlifts
10 V-ups
rest 1 minute

#3 AMRAP - 5
5 push press
5 burpees

* score is total rounds for all amraps
** Day 23 sit up challenge -140 situps
