Monday 3/31/14..."Jello Legs"


Warm up:
4 Rounds - 10 push press + 20 squats

Conditioning:  "JELLO LEGS"
4 rounds
10 deadlift
20 wallball
30 walking lunges
400 meter run

One Minute Paleo Mug Cake

We’ve created a super delicious, super easy one minute paleo chocolate cake. Yes, you can make it one minute, we’re not kidding!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbs. raw cacao powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 tbs. coconut flour
  • 1/2 tbs. stevia (or natural sweetener of choice)(honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar)
  • 2 tbs. almond milk (or coconut milk or water)

Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients until smooth (we use our Vitamix blender to make it super smooth).

Step 2

Place into a mug or small ramekin + microwave for 40 seconds.

Step 3

You can also bake these in the oven for 10 minutes on 180 degrees celsius.
